Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Acceptance
By using FlowPick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension, website tools, account features, or cloud-transfer service.
What FlowPick provides
FlowPick includes an open-source browser extension, browser-based media tools, documentation, and optional account and cloud-transfer features. Features can change as browser capabilities, source formats, and service capacity change.
Most media workflows run on your device. A cloud transfer is different: it sends the source you submit to FlowPick infrastructure for processing and temporary delivery.
Permitted use
Use FlowPick only with media that you created, that you are authorized to save, or whose license permits downloading and processing. You must follow applicable law and the terms of the source website.
FlowPick does not grant rights to third-party media. Public availability of a URL does not by itself mean that you have permission to copy or redistribute its content.
You must not use FlowPick to:
- infringe copyright, privacy, contractual, or other rights
- bypass DRM, paywalls, sign-in requirements, or access controls
- submit stolen credentials, private tokens, cookies, or authorization headers
- distribute malware or unlawful, abusive, or harmful material
- overload, probe, disrupt, or misuse FlowPick services
- automate account creation or evade quotas and security controls
Accounts and cloud transfers
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep access to your sign-in provider secure and contact us if you believe your account has been misused.
Cloud tasks are subject to the limits shown in the product. Source links can expire or stop working, and outputs are retained only until the expiry date shown for the task. FlowPick may reject or remove tasks that create security, legal, or operational risk.
Plans, trials, quotas, and reward rules may change. The current interface controls what is available to an account at a given time.
Open-source software
The extension's source code is available under the license published in its repository. That license applies to the code covered by it; these service terms still apply to FlowPick-hosted websites, accounts, and cloud infrastructure.
Availability
FlowPick is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a particular website, stream, codec, browser, file size, or source will work. CORS rules, expired URLs, authentication, DRM, browser limits, and source-server changes can prevent processing.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlowPick is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. You are responsible for checking output files and keeping backups of important data.
To the extent permitted by law, the project maintainer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using FlowPick at any time. Access to hosted services may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or keep the service operating reliably.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project and hosted services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
